Lisa Jordan, LPC, NCC from the ASU Employee Assistance Office, this workshop will discuss ways to tackle the everyday as well as extra stresses that can affect your well-being. You’ll learn stress management techniques and understand the important of resilience, why mindfulness matters, and how to stay in your “resilient zone.”
