The stress of juggling work and our family needs, all while managing the stress of living in a global pandemic has left many feeling burned out!

The ASU Commission on the Status of Women invites you to join us for a special and timely workshop on Staying Resilient and Avoiding Burnout. Presented by

Lisa Jordan, LPC, NCC from the ASU Employee Assistance Office, this workshop will discuss ways to tackle the everyday as well as extra stresses that can affect your well-being. You’ll learn stress management techniques and understand the important of resilience, why mindfulness matters, and how to stay in your “resilient zone.”
